I’m lazy. And I promised pictures from my 22nd birthday celebration last week. So happy Friday cupcakes!
My friends and I all went to Harvard Square to a bar that serves scorpion bowls. Otherwise known as fish bowls, jungle juice, or death by alcohol.

**Note — on Saturday I discovered that the beautiful touch screen on my digital camera had cracked, leaving the camera I took these pictures with pretty much useless. Yesterday I went to Best Buy to get it fixed, only to find out that the extended warranty I had bought with the camera two years ago had expired on Wednesday. ONE. DAY. EARLIER.
I felt like an idiot and asked if there was anything they could do. The manager then told me to go to the camera section, find my Sony CyberShot (or the updated model of it) for the same price I paid for it (or less) and they would just exchange my 2 year old, broken camera for a BRAND SPANKING NEW ONE.

Total score on the camera! That must have been a relief…
I can think of a few evenings that went terribly wrong, and the point at which it began spiralling downwards started with the phrase “Let's have scorpion bowl races”. After a few of those, the guy selling individual sticks beef teriyaki for $1 at the Hong Kong seems like the best idea ever.
As my friend Ana would say, “Those were as big as your FACE!” but at least you had some help. Looks like a fun birthday!

When my refurbished MacBook Pro had wireless issues, I waited until the new model came out, took it to Apple, and when they realized they couldn't fix the problem, they gave me a beautiful beautiful brand new one. I love customer service sometimes!
